Burnin Bands

(15 minutes) Grab a mini loop band and get ready to burn out those legs! We will dance to some good music and you'll forget how bad your legs are burning! well, maybe. :) One of our most popular classes!! 

Core 

(15 minutes) Our core is our FOUNDATION. Strenghtening our core can help us improve in all areas of strength. We will spend 15 minutes hammering out that core!

Step Cardio & Step Strength

(30 minutes) We are taking it back in time to the JANE FOUNDA days!! One of our favorite classes to teach, we promise to have you sweating after 30 minutes. We will break down the routines, making it doable for any level. Step Strength adds in weights for a full body workout. 

Bar Strength & Bar + STEP COMBO

(60 minutes) Total body strength conditioning using a mini barbell (or dumbbells). This class will get your HR and MUSCLES PUMPED UP! Bar + Step Combo combines the amazing strength workout along with a cardio rush of step aerobics.

Stretch & Relaxation 

(15 minutes) Whether your sore from all the DASH workouts you've been doing or maybe you haven't had the best day and you just need to relax and regroup, we will calm your body and your mind.

HIIT Squad

(30 minutes) HIIT Squad is not only designed to improve your cardio, but possibly your mental strenght as well. We will put you through a 30 minute cardio workout that will leave you feeling STRONG!! 

Buns of steel

(30 minutes) Designed to transform that BOOTY! Buns of Steel is a strength training class that focuses strictly on the lower body. 

UPPERCUT

(30 minutes) Another KILLER strength training class, but designed to work the upper body and occasionally a DASH of core! 

Total Body Tone

(30 miuntes) A FULL BODY WORKOUT!! Again, we will use weights to TONE. & TIGHTEN all areas! 

BW Foundations 

(30 minutes) Don't let the name fool you! Using only your BODYWEIGHT we work to strengthen all muscle groups. This is also a GREAT class for beginners (again, don't let it fool you.. advanced members, we will show you how to intensify the workout) 

TRAMP

(30 minutes) USing an indoor mini TRAMPOLINE, we will BOUNCE the sweat right off! A Fun & Energetic class designed for anyone! 

Cycling & Cycling BootCamp

(30 minutes) Let's RIDE to some great music (at least we think our music is good) and get our sweat on! Cycle Bootcamp (60 minutes) features songs where we shake out our tush and get off the bike for some toning exercises. 

Bands & Light Weight Combo

(30 minutes) A killer combo of mini loop bands and a set of light weights! You're going to feel this one all the way from your head down to your pretty little toes!! 

LIGHT WEIGHT TONING

Light Weight Toning uses a set of dumbbells (6 lbs or fewer) This class improves muscle definition and endurance without building large amounts of muscle mass. 

BOSU

This class incorporates the Bosu Ball where you will perform a variety of exercises that challenge your balance, stability, and coordination while targeting multiple muscle groups

zumba

This high energy, dance-based fitness class will get you movin' and a shakin' to some fun and upbeat music.  This is a great cardio class!
